RJOY Music Therapist in the News!
Rebecca Vaudreuil, NMT, MT-BC is using music therapy to foster camaraderie and support among active military members
 "[Music therapy] has been one of the most helpful things they have here." "We get to contribute [in song writing] and be part of a team, which is why we joined the military." Vaudreuil, a neurologic music therapist with RJOY, is continuing her piloted music therapy program with active service members at the Naval Medical Center of San Diego. To read more click here |

Music Making with
the Military

Guitars Needed
for our
Service Members
 RJoy is currently running four programs at NMCSD in Balboa and the SUBBASE in Pt. Loma, serving approximately 30 service members weekly. Guitar has been the most well-received instrument for therapeutic play and accompaniment for songwriting and self-expression. We are looking for guitar donations for facilities to keep on-site for therapy sessions and service member check-out and also direct donations for individual service members. By donating to RJoy for this cause, you are contributing to a dedicated, local non-profit organization and supporting our troops at the same time! It's a win-win for ALL!
